Free Agency Rumors - Day 2

The Spurs have AK47 & Greg Oden in their sites.  Manu is on the back burner as both sides have no rush to get that deal done.  Boris Diaw also opted in for next season.  Expect the Spurs to re-tool and make another title run in 2014.

The Pelicans are trying to make a splash, offering Tykere Evans a $44 million dollar contract to be their starting small forward.  That would give them a formidable back court of Jrue Holiday, Eric Gordon, and Tyreke Evans.

The Bulls snagged a quality shooting big man in Mike Dunlavey Jr.  He will be a big part of their rotation next season, replacing the production of Marco Belinelli and recently released Rip Hamilton.

J.J. Redick has a few suitors lined up:  the Spurs, Timberwolves, and Clippers have all expressed interest.

After signing CP3 to a $107 million dollar contract, the Clips are looking for some shooting to run alongside Paul and are interested in OJ Mayo and JJ Redick.  They are also dangling Eric Bledsoe as trade bait hoping to work some kind of sign and trade.

Two Texas teams are throwing all their cards in for the DUHWight sweepstakes.  Both the Mavs and Rockets are going all out and one of them probably has a good chance to land him.  If the Mavs lose out, expect them to take a chance and offer a contract to Andrew Bynum.  They are in need of a big man to anchor that team.
